About

Clean Plate is a collection of recipes, reviews, and observations about food, cooking and the culinary world.

I can associate my most cherished memories with food or beverage, and find I am happiest spending the day in the kitchen – and smelling like it. Finding and testing new recipes, using new kitchen tools, and shopping for ingredients all seem to bring out the best in me. A few years ago, I realizedI was cooking the most I had ever been and felt it only made sense for me to be resourceful and document my experiences in the kitchen.

As Clean Plate slowly begins to take shape, I am discovering a wonderful, new hobby for food blogging and hope to connect with others who share the same interests!

Thanks Laurie! I’ve only had the pleasure of eating the Fathom Fries, with the crab on them. Just thinking about them now is making me salivate. Have you had a chance to go yet? Now that the weather is nicer I’m dying to get over there and maybe sit outside with an ice cold beer!
